I was on an outing with some students. I spotted this leaf on the ground. The texture is really interesting to me but I have no idea what tree it’s from. For some reason it also made me think of mangos.

It almost looks fake because, to me, it looks a little too perfect. The texture on the back of the leaf is more pronounced. Also, the color is not as vivid.

Target has a small flower and leaf press kit. I think I might purchase it and start experimenting with a new hobby. I might be able to make some interesting pieces for my walls.
