I managed to find the most filling vegan sushi burrito at the Torrance Farmers Market. It was absolutely packed with delicious veggies and plenty of avocado. You can see all the little layers of flavor. Of course I finished off the whole thing and my pickled garlic.

I just wish I could remember the name of the food stand. I want to say it was called Rice Man and it was near the Bolivian Meat Pie stand. One of my coworkers got the non-vegan version and they couldn’t finish it.
